Cool moves. How would you set this up as a workout? 2-3 sets of each exercise with pause in between? Exercises back to back and repeat that a few times?
Some exercises are interesting, but others are not meant for everyone, like the first one on the video. The last exercise reminds me of the Bulgarian bag and am hoping you can put up a video about it. Great videos and channel, thxs!🙂
