Listening to Dorian, i learn more than absolutely every fitness influencer.
You can follow his "More Rest per Week" workout philosophy only if you're a seasoned bodybuilder. If you're just starting, make sure you train 6 days a week. Work upon strength, which improves the amount of myofibrils in your muscles and then move to the hypertrophy training to increase sarcoplasm volume.
