i take all working sets to 1 from failure and once a month il do forced reps . i use high frequency high intensity and moderate volume . people tell me im crazy the way i train which doesnt mean much as theyre the people ive seen for 5 years NEVER sweat and we have no ac . However despite that consistancy, frequency, intensity and progression at 52 years old i pretty much cant build any appreciable lean mass . im talking true myofribular hypertrophy not glycogen uptake and sarcoplasmic swelling but actual lean mass . im gettin on the sauce fuck this natty shit i want some return for my efforts of 20 years .

Im small guy 179cm ,61kg fully ripped. My question is what weights should i use when i go to failures? Should i go all fkn in? Cuz my knees and wrists and shoulders would snap most likely cuz im not huge, im just very Athletic. I can grape crazy weights but i know my joints will fkn hate me later... Should i just go with compfy weight like 20,19,15+3,13+2+2+1/4 ? Or i have to go mad max weights to try it ? Id just like to be little bigger.. ive been 76kg when i ate 6000cal daily... Now i eat 4500cal daily and weight 61 but very low bodyfat mabey like 9-12%
